FACTORY INTRODUCTION
WATER PRESSURE & FASTENESS TEST OF FABRICS
For the fabrics and accessories of the seam gel coat, we will test the water pressure and fastness at the time of receipt to ensure that the waterproofness meets the requirements and can be adapted to the needs of outdoor activities.
Seam fabric samples are tested at a water pressure of not less than 4000 and then repeatedly washed in a washing machine for 90 minutes 5-10 times.
Only qualified fabrics will be used for mass production.
SEAMLESS WELDING
Our factory has an advanced Ultrasonic welding machine that seals the seams of clothing to allow them to join seamlessly, preventing pinholes or stitches from rupturing, safety issues to prevent needle residue on fabric causing injury to personnel. Our process is especially suitable for the need for water-tight and air-tight clothing, such as outdoor protective windbreaker, ski clothing and so on
